I bought 2 bags from them before. Both were authentic and new. I never had a problem with them - they were really nice and I got quick responses and most importantly they shipped out my order on the same day I paid with a tracking number.
You should use the "Authenticate This" thread if you plan to buy an expensive purse online and don't know much about the brand or online store you're buying from. I'd buy from them again based on my own personal experience.

I just looked at that. It says that general returns (ie changed mind) will be refunded minus shipping/handling and a 10% restocking fee. BUT returns for items that are not authentic will get EVERYTHING back including shipping and handling. At least that's how I read it. Read both paragraphs on that second page.
