I am not an expert but the stitching on the tag looks very sloppy, which is usually a tell-tale sign of a fake.

I've never authenticated a Marni, but I have several Marni bags.
It looks good and doesn't look like a style that is common enought to be copied. I haven't seen that style with that strap.
I was wondering if Marni was printed anywhere on the metal clasp or on any of the hardware?
hopefully an expert will chime in!

I have some marni bags but its really hard to comment. The only features which may be worth looking at are the metal zipper head is engraved Marni, the made in Italy tag and of course outstanding workmanship. Good luck.
