I'm having doubts about this seller (jsisme2002), the prices are just unbelievable for brand-new items with tags. The Fendi (E/W Shoulder, B.Bag) & MJ bags (Trish, Soft Box Bag) are from this year's, they have never been marked down in stores; I have read of great replicas for some of them. I need time to look into her stuffs especially this MJ Soft Box Bag, is LAMPO (all caps, not Lampo) zipper still used in MJ bags? I might drive to Nordstrom & Neiman to check this out!!!!!!

^ To members who bought stuffs from this member, I'm sorry if I'm getting you nervous. Please give us time to look into the old listings, we hope to find answers for you soon. If the items are brand new with Neiman Marcus tags (as stated in the seller's listings), why would she sell them for more than half off when she could return them to the store for their full prices?

I am really on tenterhooks now. Hopefully if the bag turns out to be fake, my aunt can get her money back through paypal (it hasn't been carried yet)!

Really? I don't pay attention to wallets so I didn't know that LAMPO (all caps) zippers are still used. Interesting! Do you remember which season of 06?

Waiting for authentication of Fendi bags, might need to check out the Gucci & Dior too.

She told me her husband bring home up to 10 bags a time for her from different countries. He's in the entertainment business and doesn't come home often. Some times he's away for couple of months. Ebay is away to keep her busy. When he does come home, more shopping. He compensates her for material goods to make her happy. I feel bad for her b/c she said she would rather see more of him than to have all of these. The way she tell me is she doesn't really need $$. She would rather give them to salvatiion army then to sell it to a buyer who "down talk" her price. I'm very confused right now. Not sure what to think...I was happy 2 days ago when I got the 2 purses for $737 includ.shipping. Great deal! But now? I don't know...

I'm not sure what to tell you. If it's her husband who's buying the bags, he may not be buying all of them from legitimate stores. Some members have bought bags at authentic looking stores for nearly full price to find that they've been scammed.

I really don't know what to say about that Venetia. Have you received it yet? I would almost suggest that perhaps you should exchange/return it for your peace of mind. She seems to have some authentic bags but she might not realize she may be selling fakes too.

Okay, I just read that thread. Lampo Zippers with lightning bolts means Lampo and Lampo Zippers without lightning bolts == LAMPO right?
She didn't mention the year of the quilted ones (might be unsold items/leftovers from older seasons) at MJ Boston store.

I'll be sure to check the quilted wallets out the next time I see them.

[incidentally, the two quilted ones they had both had lampo zippers without lightning bolts. I had been told they should have the lightning bolt but it appears MJ is still using the older style on some of the bags.]

Good idea... I feel like we are hijacking about the zipper but we're trying to determine if the seller is legit, right? I had to remind myself. LOL. I saw the Alfred IRL too and it is indeed lovely! love the color! Wish I thought to check the zipper then.

But did you notice that the box and the Alfred have different linings? is that consistent? I would consider them the same line of bags, but one has the monogram lining and the other has green leather. What do you think of this?
