Amethyst is looking very enticing but her rep just kills the joy

eta: it's just a matter of conscience that I cannot support anyone who has scammed people whether reformed or not. I just can't do it no matter how good the deal is :push: I've been scammed myself on Ebay and Iknow how much it sucks but good luck to whoever gets that gorgeous bag :flowers:

I emailed the seller regarding the leather and she removed the listing herself. She said she would look into it... Interesting...

I understand what you mean, I can't get myself to go through with it; that recent Amethyst Venetia was a beauty too, but can't do it. That thread from Balenciaga forum was an eye-opener for me when I read it a while ago.

BTW, I love the shoes in your avatar, they are so cute! Are they MJ flats? =)

Thithi, I wonder if sellers start faking eluxury receipts lately too.
There're quite a few Ursula Elises on ebay that don't look too off lately, but I don't feel good about them. I wonder if the pictures are of the actual item being sold or the fakes are getting better...

They probably need some breaking-in; there has to be a way to look good & feel good at the same time. I wish I can wear flats, but they hurt after walking for a while (I have flat foot). Plus, I need heels so that I can eliminate the needs to get my pants shortened. =)

I know what you mean.. there was a green hobo I kept looking at trying to decide if it was real or not. Some of them went on sale during the summer for really cheap. Some members got them for less than $300 so it's not impossible that they're showing up on ebay now. I'm too suspicious of these bags to honestly say any are authentic. It's possible that the fakes are getting better but I think it's difficult because the real leather is so unique and treated differently.

Yup, I wouldn't be surprised about others styles b/c they are heavily discounted recently. Are you referring to Moss Ursula Hobo? Wicked got it for around $300. Moss & Lobster were the only 2 colors that were really...really marked down. Personalshoppers sold both Bowlers in those colors for around $500 I think.

I just don't trust cheap Stam & Ursula Elise.

bag.lover all I bought were shoes and I got them off Ebay too since black sold out immediately. I rarely wear flats but I've been wanting these for the past year. I love the ears.

when I went to Bloomies all of the vendors had fake MJ quilted styles and many of them were good fakes. They were selling them for $50 each so imagine the profit the Ebay sellers are making :cursing:. The only colors I've seen on sale ofthe ursula are lobster, moss and black but black wasn't as heavily marked down as the others. Personally I would not buy this style on Ebay because the fakes I've seen were excellent. The giveaway however is always the smooth leather.
