Is this authentic? How much the Stam model retails for? I'm new to Marc Jacobs handbags, and I can't tell which ones are authentic. Please, give me some tips. TIA

It is not authentic. Stam retails for $1275USD now (up from $1200), an authentic (even used) Stam goes near retail on ebay. Some of the older colors (no longer made) such as Petrol went way over their original prices.

There's a "baby" Stam (I think the official name is "quilted clutch") that retails for about $800, I think. Personalshoppers has one for sale right now:
