Well, if it's supposed to be an Ursula clutch it should be shiny, which this is not. That said, I have seen calfskin quilted clutches at Neiman Marcus and they looked like this, so maybe the seller just used the wrong name. Assuming it's supposed to be a quilted calfskin clutch, it looks pretty real to me. Wish that zipper pic was in focus, though. It's obnoxious that she includes a stock eLux photo of the black Ursula clutch on her auction, since that's not what she's selling.

In reference to the Midnight Ursula Elise, I agree. I wouldn't want to get a fake either. I was thinking the angle was off, so that the riri appear bigger and the m8 looked smaller, but I'm wouldn't take the chance unless the seller can be more helpful with extra photos.

eBay.com Seller List: honeylexie*booboo

She sells too many for my taste, and there's a fake elise in her past sales. I wouldn't trust her. The wallet itself looks good, but there are TONS of fake wallets out there that look good. The corners on the flaps look too rounded for me, and personally, I never received a box when I purchased my clutch from a dept store. If you look on Ioffer, most of the fakies come with boxes.

Heheeee, I'm stubborn! There are times where we can get other MJ styles (even rare ones) at discounted prices, I just don't believe that it's possible to get Ursula Elise & Stam for way below retail prices. =) With these 2 particular styles (so widely faked), I would only buy from major retailers or reliable ebayers such as Leshent, Personalshoppers, CoultureStyle, DGJEANS, etc. I have seen quite a few listings with stolen pictures of authentic bags, I am still nervous even if pictures seem okay & the price is too good to be true.

In addition to these 2 styles, I get freaked out whenever I see red suede lining (commonly found in fakes) from unfamiliar sellers. The pictures have to right-on to convince me that it's real, that's why I was extremely careful with my Maroon Venetia (red lining) -- I had to consult with MJ & Balenciaga experts. =)

For styles that are hard to get and/or no longer available (ie. Stella from the first few seasons), I am more comfortable with purse lovers who put up items from their personal collections.

Does the clutch wallet ever come with a box like that? It seems like all the MJ fake clutches have that weird white box...Has anyone ever bought one of these wallets that came with a white box?

Having a box does not mean that the item is fake, it doesn't mean it's real either. Does it get more confusing than that? I have seen some sites (fakes) that sell MJ shopping bags (in addition to receipts, dustbags, boxes) as well. =(

Boxes vs no Boxes really depends on the person packaging your order. Both my Ursula Elises (Black & Blush) from Neiman Marcus online came in their white boxes, the 2nd order with another Blush Elise didn't have a box. Other members mentioned getting their items in boxes from MJ boutiques, others didn't get any. I adopted a wallet from a great member here (definitely authentic item), it came in a white box.

Wow, I didn't know this. I bought one of my MJ bags from Neiman and it didn't come in a box and I bought my zip clutch from MJ store, I didn't get a box either? Did they just give box randomly?
