Any ideas on this patent zip clutch? Has anyone seen this LAMPO zipper before? Seller seems to have some private auctions which is also fishy. TIA

It's the correct zipper, I think, but this seller has been questioned before and I don't think she's legitimate. I would skip this auction, as quilted patent zip clutches are faked very well these days, and everytime I see that box I get suspicious. Also, I know she's sold several of these clutches recently.

I'm sorry, I don't know much about this bag... I do know that there are fakes available, so be careful. I would ask for additional photos and maybe pm a member here, I think there is someone who has this bag in butter. Not sure if this bag has a serial tag, but a photo of that would help if it has one.

Members in the Balenciaga forum did all the investigation. =) There are times when sellers get falsely accused by dishonest buyers (buyer's remorse, etc), but she did sell fake bags a few months ago (heard that Spy wasn't the only fake item). Members in that Balenciaga thread also posted a screen capture of her trying to sell a Hermes bag (for $1500 if I remember correctly) on ioffer a while ago.

Based on her pictures and feedbacks from some tFPers, ******' recently listed Balenciaga/Chloe/MarcJacobs stuffs are authentic. She has some happy customers who will buy again. I just hope that she's a changed person and buyers get the real things for less. Nothing beats hearing someone getting a great deal. =)

^yes, I read that thread about ****** and the whole situation seems really iffy. There are so many fake Venetias knocking around -- I wonder what the ratio of fake MJ classic bags to real ones is? Actually, that's kind of depressing to think about...
Anyway, I have been using my Hudson every day and am absolutely in love. It's big enough for my books and sketchpads, and I can even carry it on my shoulder. I'll post pictures soon :o)

Hi, This is my first post...I've lurked for a while trying to learn a little about Marc Jacob handbags. Up until now, I've been a Coach lady but would like to venture into the world of MJ now and would appreciate any help you could offer as I've seen you help other members with authentication questions. When I came across the post of superfriday's new venetia the other day I could have died. That bag is fabulous and the color is to die for...not to mention that price. That's when I knew I wanted one of my very own.

I really like the venetia and would like your imput on this auction. I realize from all I've read that the price is too good to start to probably be the real thing but I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at this auction. Thanks so much,

This bag looks good to me, but it would help to see closeups of the hardware and the riri on the zipperhead. I'm pretty sure this color combination exists, however, I don't know the official name. Looks like she has a reserve, so this bag won't sell unless bidding hits it.
