I have this bag, and your photos look just like mine. It def seems authentic. One thing though, are the metal name plates on both sides or just one? I see two pics, so just wondered. Authentic is only on one side. My guess is this bag will sell pretty quickly. Talias seem to get eaten right up on eBay. It's my favorite Kooba of them all!

Hi Xine,

Thanks for the response! I also think it looks great, but I'm not as familiar with Koobas as you gals here on TPF so I like to make sure. It's just soooo huge (too big for me)! It does only have a name plate only on one end. I think the extra photo was that I was trying to show those cool zipper pockets and the name plate in one photo.

If only this came in a smaller size!!

I'm sorry to say but for me this looks like a knock-off for a few reasons. The "leather" is way too uniform and pebbly...not a natural looking leather and it looks quite thin. Marcelles were not made in brown that I know of. The six Koobas that I own are made of a much thicker and higher quality leather. The haphazard name plate, too...oh, my. Sorry, but can't be sure of the Charlie...

Thank you, I thought so too and she immediately refunded my money when I advised her I thought it was fake. I guess I'll have to wait untill I receive the Charlie to compare with my other Kooba's I appreciate the help!

Well, I got the bag, and while it looks authentic, it was not in the "near perfect condition" as described. It had serious leather rubbing on the handles and bottom, another blue dye spot on the front bottom, and the magnetic closure did not work - so the bag wouldn't close. Not to mention it was filthy. None of this was mentioned in listing. I really wish people would just be honest with the details. But I sent her a SNAD email, giving her a choice of selling it for much less and I would have it refurbished or paying for my return shipping and a refund. It's going back tomorrow and if she lists it the same, I will report to ebay.
