asianjade....that bag is beautiful! It is authentic, and if you get it at that price, you've got yourself a heck of a deal! It appears to be the older version because of the lining and hardware. And the leather on the newer version appears much thinner. The bag will slouch a bit more on the newer version. I'd take the older version any day!

hi, found a red one on ebay... i like the smooth leather and it is RED. Please autheticate for me as in will end in about 1 hour. I have correspond with her, and she said that she bought the bag in year 2005 or 2006.

I'm not sure about this as the leather looks a little too "smooth" for me. She also has NWOT one in green. I'm not saying it's fake, but I would be cautious and there have been no bids up until now. I don't recall there being a red Sienna, but Lexie or others more knowledgable than me would be able to guide you better.

Additional comments: I purchased this bag at a local consignment boutique. I was told this is authentic, but when I got home I looked up some similar styles and none have a "signature" lining. It also does not have a kooba zipper pull or a leather patch behind the embossed inner plating. I am just hoping someone can verify its authenticity or tell me if it is a replica. Thank you in advance!

The original Kooba Sienna never had a signature lining. The older Siennas had a lavendar ultrasuede lining. Plus the zipper on the interior does not look right at all. The zipper should be brass with a heavy pull with the Kooba name embossed on it. This one is a fake. I'd get my money back, if I were you, since the boutique represented that it was authentic.
