It's been a long time since I researched Kooba, but I do know the zipper pull should only have the Kooba name on one side.

Mine does! Lucky me. Once I got it, I was pretty sure it was authentic due to that buttery leather. Holy cow...

. Hi, incidentally, the last second hand Kooba I bought, had the Kooba name on both sides of the tag. I got in touch with Kooba, and they did confirm with me that some bags were indeed made with a double sided tag. What I think is that the ones made for Q.V.C probably were those. I have quite a few Koobas and none of the others have double sided tags, they are all smooth leather, except for this one, which is pebbled. However it's my favovite of all of them (Marcelle)

Pretty please can any Kooba fans help me authenticate this bag? I've never found a Kooba before so I'm not familiar with them and don't really know what to look for. I did stuff it with paper to get it to stand up for the photos. If you need any more pics let me know. I have a few more and will gladly take any specific photos needed. Thanks in advance

I thought it might be a Caitlin but yup, you're right, it's a Devin.

It's a terrific buy at $13! It originally sold for the mid $500s.

The Caitlin is similar but without the pockets.

As for cleaning, there are a number of good leather cleaners out there. Coach makes some (at $10 a bottle, not at all pricey) and the Lovin My Bags site also sells excellent cleaners and restorers.

I am very tardy in finally getting around to rehabbing the tan Kooba Devin that you authenticated for me so long ago; but I finally did it and you can see the before and after pics at the link below. Thanks again for your help!
