I'm in love with Kooba right now and found this seemingly good deal on ebay, only problem is that the seller is brand new, at least she has 0 feedback so I'm a little nervous about bidding. Does this look like a real Kooba? I would love to bid. Thanks so much for your help!

I like the Sienna but don't have one bc of the whipstitching... I tend to be very careless w/ my handbags and read somewhere (probably from here) the stitching comes undone, though someone with more experience please correct me if I am wrong. But don't let that deter you - I wish you luck in getting one! And yes, they are very expensive but as for the older bags, there are good deals out there.

I saw this one small black Kooba on Craigslist and it looked very fake bc of the logo in the bag and even the interior. It just looked weird to ME, and she was selling it for $25 and claimed it was real. Though it might be a vintage piece, so someone enlighten me. When in doubt, always ask for more pictures!

Hi Everyone. I bought this on ebay earlier this year before I knew about TPF or thought people were selling fakes (!). I think it's real - it's heavy as hell, very solid, smells divine, and overall seems to be high quality.

Please let me know what you think. I love the bag, but I don't want to sell it in the future if it's fake!

From the first one with the auctiva images, I think the sienna looks good. I had one like that, well, actually almost every color in the pebbled, and it looks good to me. I have started to re buy some, because I have regretted selling them!
I do not have much experience with the smooth leather, I would wait on another opinion for that one if I were you.

New to this forum...I found a Kooba at a Goodwill. New to this bag, and either it is real or the most quality fake I have ever seen. I know my purses, and the "feel" is right. Can I post a picture of it? This is a seriously well made bag of very fine leather. Are Koobas made in China? My new Dooney has a China tag, can't tell by that anymore I think. It has a very small black tag inside that says made in China. Thanks for any help, I will post a picture.
