Here is a picture of all three,

The top is the J crew, the bottom left is the one from the Juicy Couture charm blog listing that you had posted in Nov 2010. And then the bottom right is the ebay charm. I have been inspecting and I now do think it is legit.

When I saw these I noticed the ring to attach the clasp are in different places and the nose is narrow on the J.Crew. Do the eyes and the feet look different to you too?
 
They look the same but both have a dif box?

I'm pretty sure that pinecone came in the silver striped box. I'm pretty sure it came out winter of 2009, and there is a feedback comment on the nordie website from Feb 2010.

And, I am not sure when they started making silver charms, but the boxes were always different at first, weren't they? Seems to me that was one of the first silver charms...

fromRondie's auction with the brown/pink terry box says the UPC has been removed.

google has way more pictures of that pinecone in the silver box than the brown box:

I mean, it could be an authentic juicy charm, but I do not think the brown box is the correct one.
