Hello,

I just purchased this Cartier love bracelet today at auction. It is a 1970 so no serial number, and signed by Aldo Cipullo. Can anyone authenticate it, and was 3900 a good price for an original 1970 in good condition? It looks like it may have been restored at some point, finish looks great.

Thanks in advance!

Oh and I should have mentioned in my last post that I was told some of the details you would look for when verifying authenticity don't apply to the really early pieces, like the outlines of the screws are not as crisp, the Cartier signature is stamped instead of machine-engraved so it's not razor-sharp like later ones, and they are marked "18K" instead of "750", in addition to having Aldo' signature and no serial number. Is that all correct? If anyone that is really familiar with the 1970 bracelets can weigh in, I would be really grateful. Thanks everyone.

Can someone take a look at this and offer an opinion on whether it's real or fake? Thanks! http://www.shopgoodwill.com/auctions/Givenchy-Heavy-Gold-Tone-Necklace-18184972.html

Hello fellow members,

I have just very recently won an eBay listing for a Tiffany's white gold cufflinks with a diamond from the Lucida collection, and I just wanted to verify with more experienced members that it is indeed authentic for my own piece of mind.

I wanted to wear this for my wedding, and the listing can be found at:

Any help would be very greatly appreciated!!!

Van Cleef & Arpels 20 motif white gold mother of pearl necklace
Seller: timesofgloryuk
Listing: 221561828474

This arrived yesterday, and it is lovely.
I had no qualms about the authenticity of the necklace or the reputation of the seller. I am wondering because I cannot read the marking on the clasp. I guess I need a better prescription for my reading glasses. Is the clasp supposed to be marked with something specific?
COA states originally purchased in 2009.
Thank you.
I'd appreciate it if someone would take a look:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Van-Cleef-a...gRH%2F166eutgtkkdJVkA%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

It is never 100% possible using a photo to authenticate items but I would say that the finish looks great and the marks are correct. "If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....it probably is a duck" ;-)

It's great to have someone reply to this thread once in a while. Thank you!
Could you have a look at this one I quoted? Thanks!
