I have never seen a Love Bracelet if that marking (and I have seen many types of markings). I think it is fake.

It looks odd. Check with magnet if it is a silver piece. Fakes are often made from metal just plated with silver or rhodium. If it attracts magnet... not good.
It does not attract a magnet, and has wear and scratches, I think it is silver, but I'm surely not an expert.
At least you know it's a silver bangle. I'm not familiar with this stamp but it could be old piece. Generally '&' looks off but old stamps could look similar. Sorry I'm not much help
