The seller is refusing to consider the ring is probably not authentic. She says I have to prove it is a fake and is not commenting on the photos. She says her jeweler said it was authentic and that the seller said it was (She originally bought it off eBay). This is very frustrating. I do not know what else to do. I asked to return the ring to the seller for a refund. I wonder what eBay will do if I escalate the case. She is flat out refusing to acknowledge my request for a return since the item is not as described. She is 'working on getting authenticity from the previous seller.'

I really need your help. I bought a Tiffany & Co bracelet at Ebay, but now i'm very uncertain. Is this real? I think (HOPE!) so.. it has to be cleaned. (the bracelet is so dark?)

The description was:
Authantic Tiffany bracelet .925 sterling silver. 7inches long. Both heart and chain clasp are stamped .925. Item is preowned and has been worn, so is not 100% new conditiopn but is in excellent condition.

I am from Germany, so my English isn't perfect, sorry :D and a return would be very difficult, because the bracelet is from the USA.
