I just posted in the Authenticate this Cartier subforum but there hasn't been any activity there in a month, so... I hope it's okay to post here.

I'm new, and could really use some help. Can someone please help me authenticate this Trinity bracelet? http://www.1stdibs.com/jewelry/bracelets/bangles/trinity-bracelet-cartier/id-j_91162/

I don't recognise the inscription style but they seem to change over time. If it's authentic could you also tell me what "era" this bracelet probably came from? (Not important, just curious).

No problem! Basically when you search for the term "Chanel Specialiste", you're shown a series of Linkedn profiles of former Chanel associates who held that title, all of whom from major department stores, usually in the 90's, but as early as the 80's. It's similar to how Dior associates wear the Dior pin today, etc. I don't think that there would be a counterfeit pin like this, because I don't think it was actually for sale, more part of a uniform.

Stamp looks fine. Recently tiffany added the letters "AG" to the stamp of their silver pieces and "AU" to the stamp of their gold ones, the letters are the chemical symbols of the metals.
