Hello there!

I need help authenticating this David Yurman Petite Albion ring. I purchased this on eBay and I am not familiar with the markings on the inside of the ring. I am not sure if it is an older ring or if it is a counterfeit item. The ring is dirty and needs cleaning, but I am really just looking for some clarification of the markings. Thank you all so much.
