But does it say "3 atm" or "9 atm"? Difficult to see in the picture..

I haven't heard of them, but it can be safe to buy jewelry online. I have bought diamonds and jewelry both on ebay and at online live auctions, seldom disappointed. Just make sure you do your research on who you are buying from. Ebay is a bit easier to check out the seller. Online jewelers outside ebay a bit tougher. Just check how long they have been around, google them to see if there are reviews, complaints, etc.. Are they members of gemological associations, etc? Do your homework, especially if planning to spend a bit, and check your cc protection policies.

I can't really tell from the one picture, as the DY sterling is easiest to fake. If you can get close ups of the hallmarks and the crown of the ring (so we can see quality of workmanship), we could give you better opinion. Sellers feedback is really good, but you can't always go by that.

Hi. I recently found this bangle at a yard sale. Is it too good to be true?
It came with the orange Hermes box. The bangle is a gold colored with a pink buckle and almost looks like belt wrapped around the bracelet. On the inside it is black and says made in austria and Hermes paris.

They look ok from the basic pics, and this is a style that is not commonly faked. Pay by CC on paypal, and if you can post pics (closeups) of hallmarks including backs when you get them, so we can be 100% sure.

The ladies on the Hermes forum should be able to give you better info on this. They will want to see the hallmarks clearly, so if you have a macro setting on your camera (flower symbol), that would help you take better pics of the whole thing.
