hi
I'm new to this form and struggling to understand how it works. I cannot seem to find a way of introducing myself here....can anyone help. I work for a luxury brand so can definitely help in authenticating Jimmy Choo products. But what I need is help with a Hermes bag which I have seen on ebay. I've read the do and don'ts but seem to work out how to start a new thread. I think I don't have enough rights yet. Can anyone help please.

im here to ask about this bag is it authentic ? the retail price seems a bit low to me because alot of the IF bags ive seen are more in the $500 range

Hi Lizgirl - this is not from the QVC line. I've seen many of these at TJMaxx stores recently. I believe the lower price is due perhaps in part to the softer - thinner leather used on these bags (there are a few different designs within this look). Also, because these are bags that seem to be more recent from IF - I wonder if they are working with a lower price point these days? Just my speculation though.

Hello fellow purse enthusiasts! I almost passed out when I found this IF Pug Handbag at my local thrift store. I clutched it to my chest, paid for it, and ran out thinking someone was going to fight me for it before I was able to leave the store!

Before I get too elated, I want to see if it real or a very good fake. I did the magnet test, and it did not stick to any of the hardware on the purse. My concerns are:

1. It is a IF Pug Handbag, which was very popular and therefore many fakes were made
2. I cannot find another picture of the label anywhere, and it is very different from most of the IF labels I have been able to find
3. The Ostrich leather is in such good condition that I cannot believe it is real.

The lining, shape, and material are consistent with a real one, but I know there are some good fakers out there (blast them!). Here is a link to the online photo album: IF Bag Photo album

FIORE is QVC label. There are none showing currently on their website that have the same embroidery pattern this one. You can ask the seller which season she picked it up.
They don't look as beautiful as our beloved Isabella Fiores to me, either. FIORE bags are specially designed and mass produced for QVC, while IF are always made in limited numbers.

Thank you for your help! This is the first time I've seen a Fiore label. I didn't know that there were 2 types of labels.
