I do remember your saying it was Clemence as my comment in your thread was about the leather. And so many bags are Togo that I esp. recall thinking how lucky you were to get Clemence.

Without the thread to refer to, I am going on what I remember. But my opinion is based on the photos that were provided. And that opinion has not changed.

I would skip this, a few things about the sellers auctions and pictures make me uneasy. Herbags come up a lot, and while they are easier to fake, being largely if not entirely machine made, I think there are better auctions to choose from.

As I posted above, being rude when asking someone to look at something for you will get you no where. And please remember we ask all of our members to be kind and respectful to others.

Today I received something from a very dear TPFer. She got me this all the way from Canada where she was holidaying. Very special to me, she remember my favourite choc - Cadbury Mini Eggs. Complete with a cute mascot too.

lvchanelqueen, I am afraid that I concur with Mistikat's assessment of your bags. There are a few troubling issues about them and as Mistikat states, perhaps this is emblematic of the less than stellar craftsmanship that we have seen with new bags. I would have to say in regards to your Ostrich, given the price point of this particular bag, it is very troubling. A more experience buyer might have passed on it given the poor workmanship.

We tend not to judge paperwork and for me, it does not enter into the discussion vis a vis authenticity. I just look at the bags.

If you are happy with them and feel that you got what you paid for, well and good. Enjoy using your handbags.
