Can you try to take a clearer picture and also one of the serial numbers? I can't really see much since it is so blurry. The cards that it came with are definitely fake, so that is not a good sign. Is the front latch broken?

Ohh okay Emald37, thanks. I have one more concern. The seller said brand new with tags, but the is wear on the corners! The metallic leather seems to have faded a bit on the corners, which I am pissed off about. It isn't hugely noticeable, but it is to me of course. Why say brand new with tags if it isn't? I understand I paid far below the sticker price, but regardless, that is misrepresentation IMO.

Maybe you can email the seller and try to work something out. I see the phrase brand new with tags misused often. It might also be that the seller purchased it like that. I have seen bags at the outlets that have the fading on the corners.

that's just great! yeah, I'll try to take a picture of the serial number and metal rod that holds the latch in place came off the first day I received it. It has been months since I bought it from the seller.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks, I actually e-mailed the seller and she said it back no problem. I know I got a very good deal, retail was $1390, but I'd rather have a bag that doesn't already have the fading on the corners! I'm too anal for that haha :)

I got this Gucci second-hand, but not on EBay, I don't think the store had any idea what it was (whether real or not). I have been told that it is authentic, and the inside wear is normal for this style and age. I am wondering if it is authentic and if it is, how old is it (80's?). Here is myspace photo page, at the bottom of photos of the Gucci.
