Yes. Besides no creed number, the cartouche at the top of the creed is the wrong shape, the strap and hangtag are wrong, the finishing on the edge of the inside pocket is wrong, the zipper end sticks out beyond the end of the bag, and I think I can see a wrong-shaped zipper pull.

There should be a leather loop attached at each side. You can see both leather loops together on one side. I think they are supposed to be covering the stitching at the ends. They aren't supposed to move. I imagine you could push them back and glue them. The strap leather is soft with folds, but it shouldn't be that folded. I think you could probably fix that too.

Of course, it is also missing the long strap.

Comments: It's in terrible, beat-up condition and absolutely filthy inside and out - but I've always thought of it as my "HG namesake bag" so I bought it. I don't know if it can be saved but please give me your opinion on authenticity. Thank you!

Coach Brass Peace Necklace

The seller doesn't give any length for the cord, and I don't think that's actually a necklace length if it's genuine. I only have one version of each in my files but Coach made that style in a Boyfriend Bracelet and a necklace and from the size of the charm it just seems too big compared to the size of the cord.

The only info I have on the necklace is that the cord was 16 inches. Here's Coach's pic of necklace style 94111 from around 2007, the proportions aren't the same as the one you're asking about, and the cord in Coach's photo looks thinner. The Coach stamp on the back looks weird too, the fonts aren't what they should be. I'm not saying it's fake, but it doesn't match what few details I have and I can't authenticate it.
The metal doesn't look like brass either but maybe that's just the lighting. And maybe the size looks bigger because of the angle?

Here's the "Coach" stamp on the one you're asking about, it really looks "off" but the others I found on Ebay and Poshmark aren't any better. So it may be ok but if it is, it's the sloppiest Coach logo stamp I've ever seen.

Ormaybe I'm just being paranoid. The longer I look, the more likely it is that it's ok, but I just can't say for sure, sorry. The apparent size of the charm and the color of it are just throwing me for a loop.

I'm not much help. I've never seen one of these IRL. I had the same reservations as you. I've seen sloppy Coach stamps on authentic items before. The stamps on the 3-D purse charms are similar.
