I want to point out more evidence that the first one is fake. The back of the turnlock has grooves where there shouldn't be any. There is no piping along the top edge of the full-length front pocket - it is just stitched. There is a piece of leather in the inside bottom.

Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
From Goodwill yesterday.
Approx. 7.5”w x 6”h x 2”d strap drop 25”
Looks like a 1995 Chrystie Bag #9892, yes?
Would bottle green be the appropriate name for color? or just green?

But the month code is invalid, the strap grommets are silver, and I don't know if the stamped style number is 9920 or 9929 but neither one is right for a Taft Bag which should be 9980, and the Taft wasn't even introduced until a year after the fake date code in the bag.

Please report.
