Hi! I am just getting into vintage coach bags, and I found this bag at a garage sale and cleaned and conditioned it. I believe it's a Madison satchel from the 1980s.
It's 11" across and 7" tall, 5.5" deep with a 43" removable strap. Here are the pics:

I just received this bag after purchasing it ok ebay. I have own pictures. I would like to authenticate it. It looks like a willis.

It's an authentic Willis from 2000. Usually if the turnlock isn't authentic, you can tell by looking at the back of the other piece.

It's an authentic Madison satchel large #9765, probably from the mid to late 80s. The regular sized Madison satchel didn't come with a strap.

Wow, what a fantastic deal! These usually go for around $50 or more. I don't know what is up with the seller showing the Coach label but then claiming it is unbranded. Does she think it is fake? Or maybe she had some fakes removed before?

This isn't my area of expertise, and there are some very good Legacy fakes, but I don't see any problems with it. More opinions are welcome.

Good lord! If that's the seller's way of disclaiming knowledge of authenticity, I think she cost herself some money. I don't see anything that indicates that the bag isn't authentic.
