Up until recently, except for very small bags, all creeds in authentic bags had a serial/style number stamped on the creed. Your bag actually has a creed (it's the leather patch inside the bag) but doesn't have a number. This is because starting this year, Coach stopped putting the numbers on the creeds. Instead, it is on a small label inside the pocket. I don't see any problems with your bag. You might allay some fears by posting a picture of the label in your listing.

Just so you know for the future, you aren't supposed to post a link to your own live listing on the forum as it might be considered advertising.

Referencing your question about selling other bags, yes and no!
I like to have a variety. I don't pay too much for the "other" brands, so I can't get hurt on them, but then again you don't make much money either, $5 here and there. But it's good to have a large selection of items. They don't get the bidding action that Coach and Dooney get, but I can move most with a reasonable Buy it Now. This time of year it's harder, everyone is looking for the top brands for gifts!

This is yet ANOTHER example of very poor decisions from Coach.
Why do people always mess with something that is successful????
It is going to be even easier to counterfeit, not to mention harder to authenticate,
not to mention all the other things like maybe someone wanting to know when their bag was made, etc.
It just adds to the generic blandness that plague a lot of handbag brands.

Lots of bad decisions and a big identity crisis are driving Coach lovers elsewhere.
I see a big difference in sales of new Coach items, with people migrating towards MK and D&B. Who are they hiring that makes these calls???? ohhhhhhhhhh I know, must be hiring from the ebay employee pool - same mentality.

You're welcome. You can't compare different styles. Coach is known for not being consistent. Just when you think you are safe in saying that Coach always does something, they change it.

You're welcome! Congratulations on your rehab sale. Every time someone compliments me on my bag, DH tells them it is for sale! Usually it is a bag I'll never part with.

I've never carried my basic bag. I think it is too small for me but I like looking at it!
