Just so you know, if you purchased from Goodwill through ebay, links are still clickable and viewable in the completed/sold listings for at least 90 days, and often for many more days.
If they're from Goodwill's online site, they're still viewable for a while though I don't know how long.
THAT I would have noticed!

To add a bit more information as to why we request what might seem like extraneous information for authentications, there are valid reasons.
When an item is listed online and only the pictures are posted, we don't know whether those pictures belong to the seller of the item being authenticated, whether the seller stole the pictures from another seller or whether the poster is submitting pictures that they believe to be the same style as what they have in their possession and want authenticated.
Additionally, in seeing the listing, we can look at the seller's other items, her history, her feedback and her reputation. In the Coach AT (authenticate this) section, we do often do more of a background check than other brand specialists and you get more bang for your (non) buck.
I can't tell you how many times we've been asked to authenticate something and the pictures in the listing were stolen from another seller's listing, or the pictures are all stolen stock pictures taken from Coach's website. In those cases, we might see an authentic bag but who knows what you'll receive if you buy the item.
Or we look at a listing of a fake from a seller who has a long history of selling fakes. We will comment on that.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say the website is supported by users. If it's the website itself you have an issue with, that needs to be taken up with admin.
In our defense, we ARE being helpful and the information requested of you isn't intended as a reprimand. (Other brands on TPF won't even respond to your question if the correct pictures aren't shown, if the pictures aren't well focused, if the listing has ended or if you don't participate in other parts of the forum other than using free authentication services.)
The services, advice and expertise offered her are given free of charge and on our own free time. We get absolutely no compensation or benefit -- not from TPF and not from any online site -- other than knowing that we can help prevent the sale of a fake, reassure a buyer that they got a genuine Coach or to help a seller fight a buyer who accused her of selling a fake when the item isn't fake.
We come here on our own time, fitting it in between jobs, family, homes, errands and "real life."
Again, comments made here aren't intended to insult anyone, but rather to try to point out why we ask what we ask for.
