The wallet looks authentic. It's hard to pinpoint when it was made. It could be anytime from the 1980s to the early 2000s. To authenticate the red bag, I'd like to see the entire label on the inside and any stamping on the snap.My friend knows I love Coach products and picked these up at Salvation Army for me. The purse does not have any external Coach markings, only an embossed logo in the inside flap. The checkbook/wallet is the same. At first, I discounted them both as fake, but something I cant dismiss is the quality. The purse leather is soft and very high quality. The stitching and craftsmanship is perfect. These are both really nice leather items. The wallet looks really old and beat up, which is a look that I love, but boy did it hold up. If they are fake, Ive never seen such nice ones. So I thought I would post them and ask about them. I cant find anything like them on ebay. They dont have the familiar tell-tale signs of a coach. I was wondering if maybe they are just really old. It does seem really classy and vintage to have a label hidden on the inside and not plastered all over for the world to see. Is there something I should look for to help verify? I would appreciate your input on these.
The first three photos are of a small red crossbody bag. The last 3 are a mans checkbook wallet.
