You have a great attitude but I am the bearer of poor tidings, please don't shoot the messenger!

You now have a permanent DEFECT with ebay, to get added to whatever others you might have and there is absolutely nothing that will remove it, believe me.

Yep. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck ;-) I have been on good ol' feeBay since its inception, and the whole 'defect' thing is bizarre. As an example, I have a 'defect' from a person who gave me awesome feedback - because she had clicked the 'where is my item/item not rec'd' button on the DAY of her purchase. She thought it would give her tracking information :-) (which I had already provided..
. :: sigh ::)

My new attitude is this: move on.
Move on, focus on customer service, don't go nuts about returns/ return shipping, don't get hung up on fears about eBay's 'permanent record' as it is apparently outside of my control.

I will control what I can, which is my own attitude, pricing & service. I also have adjusted prices to cover my *** (sadly, higher prices are how these new policies hurt shoppers) And these days? When I sell bags from my collection, I am apt to sell via other venues first.

:-D

Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
From GW...
Approx. 12"w x 8"h x 5.5"d Straps drop 8.5" to rings.
Several on ebay are called Cricket Leather Satchels, 2008, 13601P...does this mean Pilot?
As always, thanks in advance!

I am wondering about two bags on ebay, both Stewardess Bags 9525 in British Tan. One looks like it might be authentic, the other looks suspicious, but I wanted to get the opinion of someone who knows better than me what she is looking at.

First One:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161477860721?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

item #161477860721
seller: lacywl

I messaged the seller and asked for a photo of the creed, and received the photo I am attaching here.

Second One:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/131345508412?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

item#131345508412
seller: iamloved22

Could someone weigh in?

So just to clarify, the photo I attached goes with the first bag I listed. The second listing already had a photo of the creed attached.

I found this purse at the local thrift store for $5. Authentic or Fake?

Brown Jacquard Signature Market Tote Shoulder Bag???

Thanks!

I reiterate - absolutely LOVE your attitude, especially about your overall view about getting on and just going about business. That is what I do now - I used to stress out and literally have a panic attack about checking my "seller dashboard", now I barely check any more, and when I do it is just a quick glance and a chuckle.
Wish you lots of success, which I am sure you will have!

It seems genuine but without measurements and more pictures it's impossible to say what it is, just that it was made before 1988. The first digit is a zero, not the letter "O".

Serial numbers from before 1994 don't include the style numbers so searching for the number does no good at all. Each bag had its own unique number.
Hi sorry it took me a while to get back. I managed to get clearer pics of the bag. the measurements are approx 11 x 7 x 4 and the serial again is 012-6109 could someone authenticate for me? http://s74.photobucket.com/user/nightfox32/library/coach012-6109
