Being a factory bag, it would not come with a dustbag. I would like to see a picture of the Chinese writing on the tag. I don't see any problems with the seller's other listings either.

Ugh, I didnt keep the tag. I received the bag today at work, and decided to use it right away.

It was a white tag, with the word coach written on one side in I believe a burgundy or some color like that, maybe a different color.. and then on the bag it had the chinese writing. It also had the price tag, and that I got rid of as well. I didnt think to keep it because the seller doesnt accept any returns.

Maybe Im just being paranoid, as Ive never brought a coach factory before, let alone a coach from ebay.

2. If an item is described as "new" or "lightly used" and had stains, wear, dirty lining, etc., that's SNAD.
3. If an item is described as 9" x 12" and is 4" x 6" that's SNAD
4. If a clothing item is described as size 10 and it's size 4 or size 16, that's SNAD.
5. If the seller lists a wallet and sends a book, that's SNAD

All the above are legitimate examples of items being different than described. There are many other ways that items can be snad too.

No. It is illegal to sell counterfeits so if you got one, you definitely have an "item not as described."

Wow!! The seller has no return policy but I am protected by ebay, and when I asked the seller for more pics, she did not mind sending them to me. And the bag is in good condition.. honestly ladies, I have learned alot from ya.

A chocolate brown bag to authenticate! In my possession. I'm pretty sure it is authentic because of the faded bullet mark on the upper left hand corner. Looks like a Sonoma, but does not match any of the numbers on the ebay page. Google the style (I think 4954) and with a little digging, came up with Maggie duffle, which is the same as my mustard one I had authenticated on here, while they look alike the style numbers don't match up!! Please help solve the mystery! thank you!!

The style numbers don't match up because this one is a Maggie Duffle NUBUC. It's genuine.

It's not made by Coach.

She doesn't show any markings so I don't know whether it's marked as "Coach" or if the seller just thinks it's Coach. If it's not marked, it's probably considered to be designer inspired although Coach (itself) could legitimately argue infringement because the pattern is close enough that it can confuse buyers.

If there's a creed and/or if the hardware or other parts are marked, it's counterfeit.
