Comments: I couldn't find much other than railcars when I tried to do a quick internet search in the store and not much better after I got home. The leather is glove soft. I don't know if this is bad or good but wanted to mention that in case that plays into the authentication. Not vintage if it was made in '99. I did find this:

Also, it has a bulls eye stamped into the Coach cree rather than the blank space beside the stamping.
I'm wondering about that Rakuten site. Does anyone know anything about it? (It seems like it might be the Japanese equivalent of Amazon.com.) Do you happen to know if this had a one sided or a double sided hang tag? It didn't come with one, but I have a couple of extras. It really doesn't make a difference, but I wanted to stay as authentic as possible.
