Interesting that they enlarged the hangtag so dramatically on both of those. It looks strange to me, but then again I like the little ones that they've used for years.I went snooping around the Coach website and the forums. It seems that the other new bags for Fall 2014 do have the creeds and serial number.

It seems the only exception is the new Rhyder satchels. The one that Coach has been hyping about. It has the white tag only. Weird huh? Well like Hyacinth always said, the only consistent thing about Coach is their inconsistency.

It really reminds me of Louis Vuitton. They have this itty bitty leather tag that is always super hard to find. Different models have different places where the leather tag is situated.

Doesn't surprise me since the new Coach Creative director, Stuart Vevers used to work for LV. Lets hope this is just an exception. If not, it'll be a pain to authenticate newer bags.
10456 is the hamptons Weekend Patchwork Swingpack. This one is the same line but in a File Bag. File Bags are larger than Swingpacks.
Thanks Hyacinth
Any idea what the colour is?
Hi. Just bought & received this from ebay. I want to make sure it's authentic. Seems to be to me (it's a beautiful bag in excellent condition, real or not), though it is missing the "belt loop" around the strap. Also, as I'm new to Coach, does one normally keep the hang tag on when wearing? Thanks.

Brooklyn and Smythe aren't Vevers bags. The Rhyder is. The hangtags are blank (no Coach imprint!)I went snooping around the Coach website and the forums. It seems that the other new bags for Fall 2014 do have the creeds and serial number.

I found this listing while looking at another of the seller's listings, a fake signature demi bag.
I've rotated and sharpened the creed to make it easier to read. Is this bag authentic?
Wondering how to post photos that are not at a URL link? How do I post pictures directly from my computer files? I need to authenticate a bag ........
thank you.
The bag looks fine to me. More opinions are welcome. The brass on these bags scratches easily. I have Legacy bags that I only carry rarely and they are scratched too. Mine are FP versions but I assume the factory version might have the same hardware. It is my understanding it was supposed to have an aged look.I purchased this Coach Legacy bag (new with tags) several years ago on Ebay, and have never had it authenticated. The stitching and heft feel right, as does the leather, but what has given me pause is that the brass fittings have become scratched, worn and discolored, but this bag does not get excessive use, it is rotated with many other bags. I am including a photo of the brass wear.
Measures: 12"x 6" x 4"
So what do you think, is this baby real?Thank you!
