The serial number looks funny because the bag is fake.

012-3445 is a known invalid serial number.

I can't speak for the authenticity of that bag but I will comment that the seller has a history of listing and selling fakes.

On August 4, Salvationarmystore had a fake dooney was reported and removed as was a fake Coach carly. (Picture below.)

And about an hour ago, I reported a lot listing of 3 bags, at least one of which was a fake Hamptons patchwork bag.

Personally, I can't recommend a seller who doesn't do their due diligence in authenticating items before selling them. AND I DON'T CARE THAT THEY'RE A CHARITY!

It wouldn't have taken a lot of effort for them to have this authenticated.

Yes, it's fake. Besides the fake creed, the leather looks like elephant skin, the back pocket is too low down, and on the inside you should see some smooth leather along the seams (I think they were reinforced). There might be grooves on the turnlock but the picture is too fuzzy to tell.
