No, the "outlet" is Coach's factory outlet stores. Boutique style is a full priced bag sold at (mall) Coach stores and department stores like Macy's, Bloomingdales, etc.
Coach bags that go to Marshalls, TJ's, Nordstrom Rack and the like have an "X" stamp, meaning that they're ineligible for warranty and can't be returned to a Coach store.
It's authentic but I don't know the name or style number. It's some type of enameled sphere key fob.

Can you ask the seller to either send you a clear photo of the creed patch and serial number, or to add one to the listing? It's almost impossible to authenticate an item without one, especially when the seller doesn't post the serial number either.

There is a round flap of leather covering the back of the turn lock hardware, yes.
Not sure what you mean by a macro close up but I am sending more photos of the creed if the other was not clear enough.
There are no markings on the brass buckle, which is thin like the one in the photo you put up on the suede/leather combo bag - the strap is the same on mine.
Oh, and the only markings I found is on the little chain, on the clasp it says "bead chain".
Had to use a magnifying glass to read it, I am getting old!!

Hi Hyacinth! no, there is no leather on the backside of the turnlock, but mine is the old blue leather pre creed small saddle bag? in blue leather, with the COACH metal tag 1960s(like the brown suede, you have pictured) I saw there is a black one listed by station 85(58?) on etsy. I do wish I knew her style name..
