The Sheridan looks great!!! My package of 2 bags are here! But I was not at home so have to pick up at post office. Yeah!!!

Thank you tannedsilk! The quality of the bag looks fine but I've heard so much about fakes on eBay that I have gotten paranoid.

And more so because I was looking for a replacement for a blue Coach pill case and found that Rolfs do them too. I bought Coach and two Rolfs and it was clear that one of the Rolfs was fake. Never imagined that someone would fake a $18 pill case....

Really happy about my black Marabox mini Borough now.

Hello. Looks like the proper forum of experts to help me authenticate a bag. :smile1:

My wife won a Coach purse a while back from an online contest, I don't remember what. She doesn't like it - was entering for something else - and wanted to sell it. I tried on eBay last winter, even knocked the price to half the value she was told, but no interest. I then found out that lots of the Coach bags there are fakes. So, in the closet it went. I came across it the other day during a late start to spring cleaning, and want to try selling it again, but when I put the serial number into Google it came up with posts from 2009 in this forum for a purse with the exact same serial number. Not sure if it was determined a fake or not. Some said it could be a prototype or sample.

So, if any of you kind and diligent folks who know could help me, that would be great!

Yikes. I did a little retail shopping at a Goodwill.

I thought this was such a cute bag and thought, "HECK. I'll give it a shot."

But when I got in the car to inspect it more thoroughly this bag had some details that got me questioning its authenticity.

This is Coach's Pink Signature Scribble tote.

The creed serial is L0626-F10804.

Thank you in advance for all your expertise. This will definitely be a learning lesson for me.

Hi, I was scouring Craig's list for good local deals on Coach bags, and found this one for an Abigail Python. I love the look of this bag and was wondering if it looks good to the experts who know abut these things. Can someone please authenticate for me?

The front pocket's zipper quality, it just looked cheap-ish. And it could just be the style but I usually see a leather or metal Coach logo on the outside of the tote bags.

The inner zipped compartment also seemed a bit smaller than usual but I realize it could just because it is a small tote.

I usually wouldn't even doubt this bag because of the YKK zippers but I've thrown that belief out the window after going through posts in this thread. I am even more weary of possible counterfeits out there.
