thank you... I did not buy the other two bags, i must have had those pics there for some earlier authentications! If the seller of that bag is the same one who sold you the Patchwork bag in the second picture to the right, we definitely need to see a larger and better photo, since the Patchwork bag is definitely counterfeit. The Signature fabric bag between them with the bright red trim also needs a much larger creed photo since there's a possible problem with that one too.
Creed photos or any photos the size of postage stamps are often so small because they're stolen from other sources. We don't even recommend that anyone buy an item if those are the only kind of pictures avaialable, or when the creed and serial number aren't completely readable down to the punctuation.

thank you... I did not buy the other two bags, i must have had those pics there for some earlier authentications!I did buy the first one, with the tiny creed pic, although I got a bigger one on my ebay account. Just can't figure out how to save it! I'll send a pic as soon as I get the bag, and hopefully I won't need to return it for being counterfeit! Thanks so much for your help!
Hi there is a rehab and rescue club on TPF. You can google it and then go I the current one- sorry I'm on my phone and don't have the link on had they will help you lots!! And a lot of people have dealt with vertigritis (green gunk that attaches to brass over years an years) usually you will have to give it a bath! Or I it is minimal you can either make a baking soda/distilled vintager (DIY) or get Brasso (more chemical like you buy in the store) the "green gunk" doesn't hurt it just looks well green, some member must sanitizer their bags before use and some just clean what shows and not worry about the rest! Both ways are good- it is just your preference.. Also search in here for hang the samples of colors that are found in catalogs! I know many people have posted them! Good luck!!
Good day everyone!
I'm really confused right now. I just bought a Regina bag from Ebay. I never bothered checking its authenticity since it's vintage. I have never seen a fake vintage bag.
For reference, this is the bag:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/EUC-AUTH-VT...N-LEATHER-BAG-MADE-USA-J5C-9985-/281329802980
I received it yesterday but didn't open it until 4 am of May 11 when I got home. I was so happy and excited. I opened the box and really happy about the color. I didn't open the bag because I was tired. I went online to leave a feedback right away because that's how I am especially with the super fast shipping from the seller from Hawaii.
When I woke up around 10am, my sister asked me what was my package and I pointed to the box where the bag is. She said it doesn't feel like leather. My sister is not much into bags as I am but she knows leather vs non-leather because she see and examines my bag. In our house, we have tons of leathers as well as a couple of Hight Street bags. I checked the bag and I noticed that the inside is not suede and it doesn't feel like leather. I have a Coach Court bag and it's so different from the Regina.
I really am not sure right now if it's fake or not.
-First the strap that came with mine is adjustable compared to thin non-adjustable ones that I see online. I thought maybe she just provided a new one.
-Next, the serial number is different. All the other Regina bags online end with 9983, mine is 9985. Could it be just an honest mistake?
The stitching and everything is perfect.
I messaged the seller already. I wish I checked the bag first before leaving a feedback.
Hyacinth, I have a 1999 Court with 48 inch removable, adjustable strap. Is it possibly not original to the bag? I posted a pic in Rehab. Post #3963.We can't comment on pricing, sorry. As for advice - always check the strap length and photos. Many older bags have had the straps shortened, sometimes really badly. And Court Bags had 2 different straps depending on when they were made, a removeable non-adjustable 44-inch strap from their late 80's introduction to about 1997, and from 1997 to now a 48-inch non-removeable adjustable version.
This one is genuine and from the late 80s-early 90s.
Your bag isn't my area of expertise but I don't see any problems with it. Please wait for Hyacinth and/or Whateve to confirm.Good day everyone!

Your strap is the correct one for the bag since it was made after 1997 when they changed strap styles to the adjustable kind. Hyacinth just made a typo when she said it was non-removable.Hyacinth, I have a 1999 Court with 48 inch removable, adjustable strap. Is it possibly not original to the bag? I posted a pic in Rehab.
