This one looks authentic to me, but what is that punch to the right of the creed? Also, this color is called "cornflower" in recent bags. Did Coach have a different name for this color in 1997? Thanks!

It's a Bedford Flap from the early 1997 Soho line. Coach's color name was probably Periwinkle. The "punch" is the bulls-eye stamp showing the bag was transferred from the full-price store to the Factory (outlet) store.

Hello, this purse perplexes me! Can I get it authenticated please? It says made in New York but has no serial. It has a space for a coach registration number instead.










Is this a really old bag with no serial it just a fake? It's about 11 inches and 6 to 7 inches tall... I really have to being a measuring tape. The purse is two inches deep at the base.

It's an authentic basic bag from around 1980. It originally had a serial number on a strip of leather that was glued inside the bag. Often these were removed after purchase.
