Never base an authentication on a written statement of what the creed says. Sellers can read wrong or might have typed it incorrectly.
Without a legible picture of the creed, we can't authenticate it.
With regard to "Z" in front of the style number, that designation is stamped on creeds that were sold (by Coach) to discounters. Although Nordstrom Rack is one of those discounters with "Z" bags, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and other discounters also get them.
Threatening to neg a seller because she won't pay return shipping can get YOUR account dinged and possibly suspended.
ALthough SNAD claims require the seller to refund original shipping, return shipping is at the buyer's expense. (Often, decent sellers who take a return as a result of their own error will make the buyer whole but they aren't required to do that.)
It's considered feedback extortion to threaten negative feedback by demanding something that the seller isn't required to do.
Here's the feedback extortion policy:

Examples of Feedback extortion
The buyer can't threaten to leave negative Feedback or low detailed seller ratings (DSRs) if the seller won't:
- Accept a return and pay for return shipping.
- Give a full or partial refund for an item.
- Lower the shipping and handling costs.
- Refund payment before the buyer ships the item back to the seller.
- Send an extra item that wasn't part of the original listing. (This doesn't include when a buyer requests a replacement for an item that doesn't match the original item description.)
I have been told by Ebay personnel over the phone that I do not have to pay for return shipping on a fake item, in fact they said that I have the right to send it to the authorities if I want to and still receive my full refund. The buyer is to pay for return shipping if for some reason they do not want the item or if they feel it is not as described, if it is a fake this does not apply. Ebay does not tolerate sellers knowingly selling fake items. I both buy and sell on Ebay and have experienced returns on both ends.
