I believe that the bag is authentic. The font and text on the creed are correct and the plant code is correct for Hungary.

The seller either mistakenly ticked "US" as the country when choosing the item specifics or she didn't realize that Coach is made in many other countries too.

She didn't have a tag for the Tote fob but listed them as a #1743, maybe a re-release of the slightly different "Single Handbag Fob" and I'm inclined to agree with her. The bag styles are different and the newer Tote style uses a different hangtag but the attention to detail on both styles is the same (notice the zipper and buckles on the Tote), see the seller's pictures below.

Comments: Oh oh. I think I jumped the gun on this one. I bought it before the seller replied to my serial number question. She just sent back D1182-Z18388. Now I'm worried because even though it looked good in the pics, I've never seen a "Z" before the style number.

I can't authenticate it for you but I have an authentic Coach that has a Z in the second part of the serial number if it makes you feel better. :smile1:

Yes, it does and I appreciate your reply very much. I read on here that "Z" bags were made for Nordstrom Rack???

Anyway, upon further investigation, there's another bag on eBay with the same style number Z18388
