Hi, ladies! Can someone take a look at this one. I don't think it is from the 70's based on the serial number. I have never seen this style before. It looks like it is in great condition. TIA

It looks fine. It appears to be part of the Camden collection from around 1992-1993. I've never seen this exact style before either. It looks really nice.

Cleaning out my closet and came across this bag that I bought several years ago. It was before I even really knew the brand at all. I'm wondering if it's authentic though, it seems the serial number comes up a different bag. I didn't know if because it's fairly old maybe the number was used again?? Or it's just a big fat fake. I'm so grateful for the knowledgeable ladies here who can hopefully help me out again.
I took these pictures myself.

Thanks so much!
It's authentic. It is probably a convertible clutch #9635. You can't google the number on a bag this old. The number is a unique serial number, rather than the style number system they use now. On a creed that has the style number, the first digit will always be a letter. This bag was made in the late 70s or early 80s. Some of these will have an anchor symbol on the brass strap clips.

That's why I love this forum!! So much experience and helpful information. Thanks so much, whateve.

They are fine. I was watching that auction, then forgot about it. I asked the seller if there were any ink marks on the outside of the white bag, and she said no.
That's awesome! (not that you missed it but that you found out about the non-existent ink marks!) I know white always looks good in pics, but I was hopeful.
Sorry you did miss the auction, well not TOO sorry . Chuckle. :giggles:

I have won these two from the same seller. Please tell me they are OK. As always your time and expertise are greatly appreciated.

I don't see any problems with either of them.

Your links aren't working. I don't know whether the links are bad or if PB is doing maintenance. Although that's the message I'm getting, I'm able to get into my own account.

If you can get into it, please paste the IMG links. That will embed the images into the post.

I'll try again later to see if I can get them to open.

ETA: Nevermind. I see that Whateve saw the pictures and replied.
