Did the restart help? That should at least clear the cache. If you remember your Password and it still works, try deleting all of tPF's cookies as a last resort. Or post your problem at the Troubleshooting thread of the Feedback forum

It's genuine and from the Manhattan Collection from 1997. None of us have ever been able to find any catalog information on it but it seems to include style numbers 9100 to 9107, and the few photos of the insides that I have look like they're unlined, and there are only one or two style names known. I don't have a name for this one.
It's definitely genuine, and from the late 1960s or early to mid-1970s - it's really hard to date the older ones. There might be a copyright date inside that little booklet but that would still give us only a general idea since they probably used that same booklet for maybe 2 to 7 or 8 years.
I don't have a name for it, maybe someone else will. But there's a similar un-named style in suede from the same period, pictures below

OMG - those straps are AWFUL! They absolutely were NOT made by Coach. Don't waste a dime of your money on it. And there's no long strap either.

Clearing your cache is a Good Thing. Especially if you have a program like CCleaner that can do it for you in IE. At least Chrome and Firefox make it easier. But it can be done manually in Windows too

The seller doesn't give measurements. It looks like it could be the shorter Savoy. Those straps are horrible. It isn't even the same leather and the stitching is horrendous. The way Coach did the straps on these, you wouldn't see that folded lump on the back of the straps. I wonder what happened to the original straps.
