It's a Quincey bag #9919 from around 1993. The color was called bone.

I took the last pic to show how oddly the inside compartment with the patch is opposite the front of the purse, as opposed to the back, if that makes sense. I've never seen a purse of any kind like this unless there were 2 compartments. And even still, any patches would be against the back one.

It's authentic, style 92014. The name is signature enamel flower keyfob.

The purse looks authentic. On a lot of purses with outside pockets, Coach considers the part with the pocket to be the back of the purse, not the front.
