I was wondering if someone could check this bag for me I got at a local consignment store. (I added the white hangtag for some contrast but the red one was already there.)

Yes, they are all authentic. An extra hole has been punched in the strap on the first one. I don't know why the seller put the wrong style number in the title.

Thank you! I was also wondering if you knew what those bullseye looking imprints near the creed are on the bags from sulljohn. I asked the seller and he/she didn't know. Are they supposed to be there?

Yes, the bullseye means it was a full-priced item that was sold at an outlet store.

I have never seen a Coach outlet store. Are the items discounted or are products made specifically to be sold via their outlet stores? I purchased a vintage coach purse with this marking and it does not feel as buttery as some of my other Coach bags, so I was wondering if they are slightly inferior in quality? Curious now..... :)

Both. There are items made specifically for the outlets but they also get boutique items that are either discontinued, returned by customers, shopworn, etc. Those items are the identical items you would have paid full price for at a Coach store or department store.
