Hi ladies, I'm trying to decide which bag to bid on from this seller so I can benefit from combined postage with the twin clutch I won and which Hyacinth kindly authenticated.

Your views on authenticity and rarity / collectibility of these 5 would be greatly appreciated.

1- seems ok, seller has the wrong serial number listed. It's a Soho Small Flap.
2- ok
3- ok, correct name is Chester Bag, style 9901
4- ok, Geometric Bag
5- ok

None of them are especially rare, and I usually don't comment about rarity. Don't buy something because it's rare, buy it because you like it and are going to use it.

The creed looks authentic to me. It matches other authentic creeds from the same plant and the same time period. If you are still worried, you can post pictures of your concerns.

Thank you! Is the creed looking/being authentic generally enough to assume the bag is authentic? The bag looks good otherwise, but the fact the two leather side pieces holding the D-rings in place aren't completely even made me suspicious. You can see how the top part that loops around the D-ring is longer on one side than the other - not a huge difference, but enough that it caught my attention - I wasn't sure if this would have past quality control.

My pocket purse looks like the one in your second picture, but I've seen some that look like the first picture. I think that with age, they can get stretched out and look like that. I have no idea if their quality control would have caught it if it had left the factory like that. If that is the only thing wrong with it, I still feel it is authentic. To answer your question, even if the creed is perfect, if there are other details that don't match, we might determine a bag is fake. Usually counterfeiters make several mistakes and it seems to be hardest for them to get the creed correct. The other part they often miss on is the turnlock.

I don't recommend dotdotlove2011 or any other seller from the Walnut, California, Arcadia California area sellers.

Over the years we've seen a large ring of sellers of AAA fake coach items being sold in huge quantities that are impossible to get.

(I'm on my phone and can't search for other IDs in the ring but will update later unless someone else gets to it first.)

Thanks! I need to make a list of the bad sellers
