I bought it before I discovered this wonderful Forum just as the ebay Discussion Board changed their rules and got stupid.

I have contacted the seller (Australian) and am hoping it won't have to go to dispute.

Just watch the time. You're ahead of US so I'm not sure which timezone ebay would use for the 45 day window. If you're a minute beyond 45 days, you're out of luck. Unfortunately, there are sellers who will drag it out before responding to you if they know they're close to the deadline.

While I understand and think it's considerate that you don't want to open a dispute against her, with the cutoff so close, I'd go ahead and open it just to be safe. You can always close it if she issues a refund.

(IMO, if she's smart, she'll save herself and you the aggravation and expense of a return for an item she can't resell by just letting you dispose of it and issuing your full refund.)

As long as there are adequate pictures in the listing, you needn't save and upload them.

The creed shown in the listing looks good but the other pictures are so professional and similar to Coach's own that I'm having a little trouble determining whether they're the seller's actual photos of the items or if they're "borrowed."

I'd never heard of Reebonz so I did do a little digging around TPF. They seem to sell authentic (at least for the most part) though there have been quality issues as well as some complaints about customer service from them. It's thought that they might buy department store returns and rejects. It's always a good idea to authenticate items before purchase because there have been instances where trusted sellers have received fakes from trailerloads of Macy's/Bloomie's stock. (Dishonest sellers have been known to buy, switch and return a fake.)

1- Genuine, but the seller's Feedback at Toolhaus.org is shaky
2- genuine, but the strap seems shorter than usual for this style, unless I'm just used to seeing it set to a longer length
3- genuine, probably a Shoulder Sac, style 9730

Be sure to check the measurements, these are not all the same style and are different-size bags

The bag in the listing is fake.

1. The bag doesn't match the style (10342).
2. The lining is incorrect for the style (10340, 10338 and 10342 should have legacy stripe lining)
3. The creed stitching is a mess

The bag it's trying to copy is either 10338 or 10340, depending on the measurements.
