I think it happens more than you think. Ebay may call it a binding agreement but in reality, it is unenforceable. The only think ebay can do to the buyer is give them unpaid item strikes. I remember once someone clicked a BIN on one of my items and then didn't pay. She told ebay she thought she was just adding it to her watchlist. They told her not to pay and not to worry about it. It cost me another listing fee to relist it. Sellers can only block buyers that have had at least 2 unpaid item strikes in one month or 4 policy violations in one month, so that pretty much says that buyers can do this often without consequences.

Ebay can't force the seller to ship an item to you if they don't want to. They can always say it was damaged or lost.

The first link is wrong. The correct link should be http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=121185192708. It is fake. The font is too thick and not correct for the plant code. The extra squarish indentation seen next to the 7 is seen on fakes.

The second one is authentic. I don't know the style name. It looks like a small version of the classic pouch but I don't have one in my files that doesn't have a turnlock.

The third one is authentic and is part of the Hudson line. I don't have that one in my files either.

The last one is a Sonoma pocket zip natural grain. It's gorgeous!

My comment is regarding the first seller, snippets. She may be a TRS, but this isn't the first fake and clearly, she mixes authentic and fakes and doesn't do her due diligence in authenticating items prior to listing them.

In fact, in post #4717 from August 30, the seller also had another listing for a fake bag. That listing was removed.

The first one is a Westport Zip Satchel. The serial number shows it's technically not "true vintage".

Wonder if she was running the same item twice. One as a BIN and the other as an auction. I have seen sellers do this. Did you look at the seller's completeds?
