There's no way you could have known. The listing shows pictures of an authentic bag - not the one you received. Compare the creed on yours to the picture in the listing. I think that is proof for a SNAD case.

Here's the listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221257034225?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Becca, one thing you need to do right away is make copies of all the photos from the original listing - that way if the seller removes or deletes the photos you still have proof for a SNAD claim that the bag you bid on isn't the one you got, and there are enough differences between the two to convince you that the one you received is fake. Save a copy of the entire listing too.

Thank you sooo much! I appreciate all your help!! I learn so much here!

Hmm, does this listing below look fake or authentic? I can't be sure. The leather looks different and I wasn't aware Coach made the court bag in this colour - if it's real - then interesting. Is this bag supposed to get darker in colour with time since it's untreated?

Item: Tan court bag
Listing Number: 251333500288
Seller: curtster34
Listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-COA...288?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item3a84a4dd80

It doesn't say anywhere that it's untreated. I think you're confusing untreated VACHETTA leather wth this color, which is Camel and not vachetta leather. Camel is a normal color and the leather has gone through the full tanning process. You can still spray it with a good sealant like AppleGarde but it will probably darken the leather. Ask for advice at the Rehab and Rescue thread at the main Coach forum before using any treatment.

The fifth photo down is probably the closest to the actual color which has more of a yellow tone than the first three photos show.

BTW, it's not vintage since it was only made in 2000.

Can anyone tell me if this is authentic? I bought it from the bay and the pics were great. The leather does not feel " right" and the bag has no slouch. Now I notice none of my other duffles have this wording on the creed although I see other cobalt duffles that do. ( on the bay) there is something odd with the zipper too. HELP!!

ETA: I don't think the font is correct either. Compare it to this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NWT-COACH-LE...item461282e25e

The end of the zipper does look sort of like that with one important difference. The zipper stop is placed at the end of the opening and the end of the zipper is tucked tightly inside the bag. There is over 2 inches of zipper inside the bag. The Coach tag is supposed to be the same on both sides. The back zipper might be okay. The spacing between the two sides of the leather frame around the zipper should be just a tiny bit less than 3/4 inches. It's 7/8 inches from stitching line to stitching line.

ETA: I just noticed how the zipper is sewn folded over next to the end tab. The real Coach doesn't have that. The zipper is close to the same width as the leather tab at the end.

You say you bought it on eBay. Please post a link to the listing.

IMO it looks like one of the scary fakes from the Philippines.

Please see post number 1 of the thread for the posting format and information we need. The seller ID would be super helpful in a case like this.

You're welcome.

They're authentic and the original price sounds about right.

Sorry ladies-- my pc is down and I am trying to learn how to use my iPad for this. Here is the listing where I bought the cobalt duffle.

Phew!! I've been away for the weekend and I don't know how to link back and forth on my phone plus do image searches on the phone so it had to wait till we got home.

Your seller is bestpurse12 and I do NOT recommend her! bestpurse12 steals pictures from multiple sources as well as using a watermarked picture (look carefully at the center) gallery photo. The watermarked picture appears to have come from a counterfeit-selling site.

Other pictures in the listing are seen here (although the pics don't belong to this seller either):

Comments: I'm pretty bad with keychains but this one just didn't sit right but I could be wrong. It does appear to have the same colors as the authentic so I thought I'd check. The seller does appear to have another coach keychain listed as well. Thank you in advance.

I'm not comfortable with beccagramma2's listings either. I've seen some close fakes of this style of keychain and the fact that beccagramma2 has another fake would have me recommending against doing business with her.

Please wait for other opinions on the purple keychain.

This one is fake and may be reported:
