Oh, don't be sorry. It was only $7.00. I'd much rather throw it out knowing I'm NOT helping the groups that deal in counterfeits.

I probably won't bother trying to get my money back since I bought it at a SA that's a bit of a hike for me. Plus, I've done fairly well in the long run, having bought only a few fakes.

Speaking of NOT helping the groups that deal in counterfeits, someone on Ebay is about to pay over 4K for a fake Hermes bag. Would you mind heading over to that thread to flag it so Ebay takes it down? I posted it yesterday, but it's still listed.

This one is tan leather and the creed is L3S-9541. It measures about 6 inches high by 10 inches across by 2 1/2 inches deep.

Can someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
Found at Goodwill today - needs some serious TLC!
Approx. 8.5"w x 5"h x 2"d Strap drop 7.5"
2005 Demi something-or-other #1491? Was this a limited edition? Is there an official name?
A listing on ebay says MSRP was $228, is that about right?
Lining really is more lavender...it's a little overcast today and came out blue-ish.

Could someone please authenticate this for me? I almost didn't buy it because it has no creed number, but then I remembered reading here that some styles don't.

It's multi colored leather and measures about 9 inches high by 13 inches across by 3 1/2 to 4 inches deep. The buckles are stamped on the back with ZJ1640.

It's structurally sound but it has significant scratching and wear, especially around the turn lock. I'm hoping I can whip her into shape!
