I just got my bag in the mail, I asked about the authenticity last week or so when I was bidding, but now having it in person, I feel more questions. It doesn't feel as HEAVY as my other Coach 2 bags, could just be the style, though. It definitely feels sturdy. I have wanted a signature stripe tote in the berry/purpley color for a while. Help me authenticate? Please and thank you. :)

It looks fine.

Hi, could someone authentic this bag for me please? TIA

Item: Coach Op Art Alexandra Handbag in Silver/Khaki/Mahogany Colour - NEW
Listing number: 251308989626
Seller: csy690

Comments: The seller states in the ad that she's not sure if it's authentic, but I'm hoping that it is.

If the seller doesn't know if it's genuine, SHE CAN"T LIST IT. Those are Ebay's rules.

And though the creed patch is unreadable, I'm not liking what I can see of it. The plastic on the straps is a HUGE red flag and the bag is fake. PLEASE REPORT.

And DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER csy690 - also never buy from a seller who doesn't show a clear readable photo of the creed patch and serial number.
In addition to the fake above, this seller has also has a fake Gucci (current) and has sold several other obvious Coach fakes all with the same authenticity disclaimers.

CLearly, csy690 knows what she's selling and is ripping buyers off.

For those so inclined, here are more fakes to report, all sold for big bucks. :censor::cursing:

I am looking EVERYWHERE for an espresso croc wallet to match my new pinnacle and having a hard time! This one has major tear but i'm willing to make an offer if authentic
Something bothers me about that listing although I'm not uncomfortable enough to report. I just don't feel good about recommending it.

Wallets are tricky to authenticate and without enough very clear and detailed pictures, you need to be very careful.

That said, it's not a rip in the wallet. The seller describes a sticker that was stuck to it and when removed, it took some of the finish. I think what you're seeing is where the color came off with the sticker, but it doesn't seem to be ripped.

Again, I'm not confident enough with the listing to give it a thumbs up. Sorry. (I'd rather be safe than sorry.)

Other opinions are welcome.

Reported - what a SLIMEBAG!

The creed IS wrong. Not only isn't it the right creed for a Sheridan or Dakota, but "marXings" may be mis-spelled. If it was a Dakota that style also wouldn't have had a dark tan inside pocket with a stamp, it would have had a separate creed patch sewn into a pigskin pocket. A Sheridan would have had a dark tan patch sewn into a fabric pocket.

And although the style is copied from the Dakotas, the leather grain is the kind used in Sheridans. Please report.

Seller JUDE309 has been mentioned here before for selling fakes and not authenticating their items correctly. DO NOT BUY from this seller!

Comments: I think this is fake. Style 9875 should be a Pocket Bag. The turnlock looks off, and that thing she's hanging the purse from is gross. :weird:
Yes, it's fake, but not because the "style number" is 9875 and doesn't match the bag.

The full serial number is a known and common invalid serial number only on fakes. It's trying to be a random serial number but 308-9875 is on Hyacinth's list of invalid numbers. Scroll about 1/2 way down this post:
