I'm not sure what picture you are talking about. The original Rambler's style number is 9735. I don't know if it will help since the style number won't be in the creed.

I just wanted to know the stye number, for me. Thanks for your response.

The red one mentioned above was in ref to a group of photos in the post I responded to. May have been too old to remember.

Hi. .. Would you please look at the "Abbie"? It looks like my others in every way except the serial stamp font is different and the zipper is way different and is painted. TIA!

Sorry, I don't think it is authentic. See the stamping marks around the serial number, like it was all in one piece? The zipper pull is different as you noted. The stitching looks sloppy. I don't think the proportions look right either. Mine looks wider, and the bottom side is flatter.

I agree. ..The stitching is what originally caught my eye. ..dang... such a cute color too!

It is a pretty color but I wonder if someone painted it since there is paint on the zipper. They made this style in a bunch of gorgeous colors. I have a really pretty blue one. There was probably a lime green or apple green because I have those colors in other bags from the same era.

The suede and seams etc all match and don't seem to be painted or dyed. The zipper looks like it was replaced. . The seam looks opened and resewn. Sad :(
