This one's genuine - a Copley Bag from the Madison line made in 1995, hard to find and a very expensive bag when it was new. The price in 1995 was $376 US which adjusted for inflation is equivalent to $567 in today's US dollars, or 23,686 PHP.

WOOOWWW!!! Thank You sooooo much Hyacinth for all the info. this just made me smile tonight. my sincerest thanks to you and also to your fellow authenticators for lending us your time, skills and knowledge for free. be blessed everyone. you guys rock =)

1- The seller's pictures are pretty bad. We need to see a straight, not angled, photo of the front and back since the C pattern looks crooked to me, and a close readable photo of the creed patch and serial number since we need the style number in order to check the other details.

2- same seller, same problem, we need a clear close photo of the creed and serial number.

3- Sorry, this looks like a known fakes seller who's used almost a dozen different IDs and keeps adding new ones every time one ID gets banned by Ebay. The way she lists her fakes using abbreviations like "Gg shoulder bag" for a fake Gucci is a dead giveaway.

I think this might be the same crook from Baguio that was discussed here, and because of the similarity in listing styles I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from them:

Look how her other name brands ESPECIALLY HER FAKE GUCCIS are listed, and avoid ANY seller who lists them like this:
http://www.ebay.ph/sch/beachsand_bl..._trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&_trksid=p4340.l2562

Even her Kipling bags look fake, just like her "Guccis" and other name brands where she doesn't use the brand name in the titles. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PHILIPPINES SELLER INCLUDING " beachsand_blue " USING THESE KINDS OF ABBREVIATIONS TO AVOID EBAY'S SELLING RESTRICTIONS.

I'm confused about that one. I haven't seen any fakes from the that time period with fake Outlet stamps (the small round one that looks like a target) so there's a small chance that this one might be real, but it also has some problems like the plant code. Zippers and zipper pulls can be replaced so it's never a good idea to depend on those completely.

That purse is one that I really can't be sure about, I'm sorry.

ooohhh, i see Hyacinth. i will hold on to this bag for a while and be on standby for your future feedbacks and updates regarding this mystery. i really, really do appreciate the time you spent in all of my questions Hyacinth. you truly are amazing. Thank You, Thank You! =)

Please ask the seller to either post or send a clear readable photo of the creed patch and serial number. The outside seems ok but we need a creed photo to be sure.

She sent great shots of the bag, but the 2 of the creed were both just blurry enough to be unreadable... makes me wonder. I think I'll walk away from it. Thanks anyway!

What are your thoughts on this Ebay auction? My daughter and I just bought a very similar one at Goodwill. But after reading this list, I assume everything is fake.

My creed is off by one letter, mine says D06K, hers says F06K.

How do I find the list of fake creed numbers? I know I've seen reference to it, but I don't know how to look it up?

This is even more like mine, but I couldn't see the creed,

If these aren't fakes, what line are they?

One more please. We also picked up a bag exactly like this.

Not sure if the link is going through. I'm worried about this one, because none of the brass hardware is labeled Coach. And it's worn. Course the bag is filthy, it has seen a lot of wear.
So Fake? I'm edgy because this one is NWT.
Thanks

Could someone more computer savvy than me tell me why the Ebay link worked with cut/paste the first time, but not the last? I don't know how else to post the link, and I don't think I did anything different the 2nd/3rd time

Here is the link. Seller Madison & 321233 should have been on one line.
